Andrea Jung now takes a singular role at Avon.

Avon Products has announced that starting this month, the company will separate the roles of chairman and chief executive officer. Andrea Jung, who currently holds both titles, will leave her post as CEO, which she has held since 1999, and retain the position of executive chairman once her replacement is named. She will continue to serve in her dual roles throughout the recruitment process and will work closely with the new CEO to ensure a successful transition.
